An overview of our notarial services
01
Public certifications under domestic law
The most important documents in business life must be drawn up in the form of public deeds. For example, the establishment of legal entities (e.g., stock corporations) and amendments to the articles of association of associations must be publicly certified.
Furthermore, the Maier Notary Office certifies legally relevant facts and legal relationships if there is a legitimate interest in certification and the notary has an overview of their legal significance.
02
Public certifications under foreign law
The Maier Notary Office also performs public certifications under foreign law. The prerequisite for this is that the Liechtenstein notary understands the legal framework and can assess it with legal certainty.
Recording witness statements for court proceedings abroad
Unsworn or sworn statements may be recorded and certified in pretrial depositions for proceedings abroad.
Taking of affidavits, sworn statements, and similar forms
These are subject to the same requirements as traditional foreign documents – particularly with regard to comprehensibility, transparency, and legal classification.
