Dr. Maximilian Maier is admitted to the bar in Liechtenstein and Austria. He has extensive expertise in national and international law. After completing two professional trainings as well as law studies at the University of Innsbruck and a PhD, he gained valuable experience during his training in Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Dr. Maier's practice focuses on cross-border civil procedure law, corporate criminal law and advising private clients and family offices. Before founding the Maier law firm, Dr. Maier worked in renowned law firms and courts, including the Princely Court in Liechtenstein.

RA Steck absolvierte sein Jurastudium an der Universität Heidelberg (DE), verbrachte zwei Auslandssemester an der Universität St. Gallen (CH) und schloss ein Nachdiplomstudium im Gesellschafts-, Stiftungs- und Trustrecht an der Universität Liechtenstein ab. Vor seinem Eintritt als Partner in unsere Kanzlei war er als Rechtsanwalt bei einer liechtensteinischen Anwaltskanzlei tätig und durchlief Ausbildungsstationen in mehreren international tätigen Großkanzleien. Juliana Haslinger studied law at the University of Vienna. Due to her academic studies, she was selected for the university's High Potential Program and was awarded merit scholarships. After graduating in February 2023, Ms. Haslinger worked as an associate in an international corporate law firm in Vienna in the practice group litigation and employment law. Already during her studies, Ms. Haslinger gained extensive legal experience in renowned law firms in Vienna, specializing in corporate law, litigation and employment law. Haslinger's work focuses in particular on cross-border labour and corporate law.
