What foundations, trusts and trust models now have to consider - an overview of the current changes.

On Tuesday, January 30, 2024, the Liechtenstein government approved the consultation report on the enactment of a law for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 on digital operational resilience in the financial sector (the Digital Operational Resilience Implementation Act; DORA-DG) as well as amendments to other laws. To enhance the financial market’s resilience against cyberattacks and minimize risks arising from the use of digital ICT, DORA requires affected financial institutions and ICT third-party providers to implement comprehensive measures and comply with the prescribed regulations.
